Our personalized program is based on eliminating the overwhelm for you around your daily diet, nutritional choices, and eating habits.


Neely focuses on teaching you to eat balanced, whole-food based meals, to personalize meal timing, gives you easy grocery shopping lists, works on your weekly routines, helps you to understand the basics of nutrition, and provides simple cooking tips. Overall, the goal is to set you up with personalized life-long healthy habits that are sustainable to you.

Neely teaches you specifically what may be lacking in your diet and how it can be directly impacting your weight, energy, digestion, hormones, etc.

You will discover how foods impact your body and which of those foods impact it in a positive or negative way.

We go beyond the fad-diet approach. Counting macros and calories is not what we do. We create a healthy psychological and personal approach that focuses on what your body is able to absorb and digest best. This is called finding your carbohydrate and protein tolerances. We make healthy changes easy for you to maintain and have you feeling confident in your choices.

We will provide delicious recipes, helpful grocery lists, build positive habits, create substitutions to your favorite meals, acknowledge dietary considerations, and determine what suits your body best for a healthy life.
