Sweat Society understands each client’s daily habits and lifestyle, and empowers them to create positive behaviors that support strong and healthy living.

We build fitness programs based on your body's physiology, accountability based on your daily schedule, nutrition based on bio-individualized health, and recovery therapy based on your past and present physical needs. All of this comes together, to build a strong foundation of healthy habits that fit to your life.

Sweat Society came to life out of the desire to create a friendly and personalized place for people to work on their health and fitness goals.
 
With the commitment to create more of a connection and reason to your daily habits, we design your fitness, nutrition, and recovery programs with your individual goals in mind, all while providing you with the understanding as to "why" and "how" our approach will equal the change you are seeking, to a more improved you.

When you come to our classes, you are instantly part of a group that cares about your health, not just to sweat, but to ensure that you live a happier, healthier, and fuller life outside of the gym, as well. 

We care about the health of our clients. We are proud to show that we use non-toxic, essential oil cleaners within our studio. They smell amazing and provide a safe environment for our clients and the earth.
