Neely eases you into a healthy fitness routine that takes into consideration your current level of fitness, desired goals, and injuries or limitations you may have.

  • Neely works with clients who are looking to bridge the gap between physical therapy and personal training. She offers rehab therapy using APRneuro therapy to help anyone who suffers from injury, minor or chronic pain, and limited mobility for drug-free pain relief. If you have previously gone to physical therapy or suffer from an injury that insurance won’t cover, Neely has the knowledge of a physical therapist without you having to overcome any insurance providers.
